hmm, from what ive read, it's a bug in that release of flash runtime..either u downgrade or wait for the next fix to come out.. although both my lptop and pc are using it, no performnce issue / CPU issue found so there's not much that i know... u could try to disable / enable hardware acceleration in flash setting. i'll try to look into that later on..
