>From day one I've said that "software" is ill-advised, but use it at your own risk. Just don't be surprised if you get corrupted registry entries, services made a mess, it's been flagged as malware by several security software, a few versions even had very bad memory leaks.
There are no magic solutions or "boosters", but a balanced and descriptive tweaker can help considerably.
