Well, I never tried Fifas since 2001 so I have no idea how it runs on the GMA 950, but it's the same generation as Pes 2010, and I know it doesn't run nearly as good as 2008 did, for instance. I'm quite against using swiftshader, but try it just to see if the game runs, even if it's slow, because if it runs then it's something about your system config.
