Even through the screenshot? I'm looking at it right now, and I only had stock 1930, sigma 3, alpha, V1.1 and V1.1E, nothing else that could have changed my system in regard to my registry.
Check the screenshot, if you don't have the entry then on a 945 chipset it is set to default value 4, which is almost turned off. Just create it, and the entry will function.
