@Espionage Slow cooked lamb is the b all and end all of tasty haha, its lamb that has been slowly cooked for about 12 hours in a slow cooker which generally contains some vegies for flavor as well, when you go to eat it it is so tender the meat falls off the bone and its cooked just perfect so its still juicy but not bleeding or anything like that, a lamb night is a good night lol.
