[9xxssf] Combat arms does'nt run :S

Hi again i have a problem. Combat arms does'nt run and when I run it
it gives me this error "IDS_APP_SHUTDOWN 1" I need help here are my
specs

Intel Atom 1.6 ghz N280

gma 950

1 gb ram


I need HELP!!
