Actually, I was under the impression you had to run all source games
in at least 8.1 to have no graphics corruption? If I remember
correctly, on my 950GMA on Win7 with a MD (idk which 1), with Gmod,
certain NPC's would show up with purple textures on dx90 mode, but 81
showed them fine.
