hmm, what i can think about is try runnig as admin, if that dont work out, u can use the 3DA not to emulate TnL, but to emulate the graphic card id.. also make sure that u use a proper xlive crack, or try xliveless..i forgot which one but im sure (if im remembering correctly) that it will work.
