You mean you don't play at resolutions from this century. 256x256? pffft. First you need to have in account that both GoW games run at 60fps, and ps2 emu links video and audio emu, so even playing at 30fps will make the sound half as fast. It's best to try to make native 30fps games run at 30fps, before going to higher native fps games, like GoW series, metal gear solid series, gran turismo series, etc.
