Let's end this mess once and for all. There is only one GTA that's called Liberty City, it's GTAIII. All those gta4 derivatives don't work on intel hardware, and are bad ports as well, so just forget about them.
GTAIII runs easily on any intel 9xx hardware, with stock drivers and without tweaks. Anything done upon that will only improve performance.
