I don't like the idea of turning "DisableHWAcceleration" to 1 as the
cpu will have to process most GDI things by itself, and even if intel
igps are weak, they can take the burden off the cpu a bit.
"UseDX9LText" might be the original font rendering, without sub-pixel
smoothing. Though I'm not sure about this one.
