Shouldn't be recreated? It's like having the great national act instead of the bill of rights. Major fail. Freedom of speech applies to many, many things. Games are included. If those lame (lame because they are wrecking pc gaming) console makers stop paying for system exclusivity and other plain dumb things, maybe red dead redemption does come to the pc, hopefully.
