I dont think that works that way. Its been proven how video games affect the behavior of the childhood, their neuro-conscience structure has not been entirely formed at earlier age, thats why all of the kids are by definition SOCIOPATHS because they cant differentiate between good and evil as an adult could, the ammount of played time has increased, so people specially under age spend too much time gaming and video games become the entire reality they know, by their conditions of SOCIOPATHS and having video games as the reality they know the result is pretty clear, kids killing people in their schools, stealing cars just to make struggles in the streets, and several actions releted to the situations lived in their SOCIOPATIC REALITY, since today's kids live in that reality they reflect that behavior on real life since thats all they know due to the ausence of their parents with long labor jornees kids are being raised by the media, tv, video games, music, internet, among others.
Its not about free expresion, its about control, no one cant deny that there are factors that must be controlled, if it was for me i would forbid gaming of this type to under age no kid should be playing Gran thief auto simply cause its the school of tomorrow's criminals -- 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS
