Haha a expansion sort of thing was made for super meat boy allowing you to play as super tofu boy or something. I used to love playing lemmingball z, was a great way to entertain myself and my friends during social studies classes back in primary school hehe.

Games like, sonic, metal slug, contra, among many many others, all make me want true platformers (2D!) to keep on rocking. Unfortunately it seems that the dumbass that decided that the 2D-3D transition was mandatory also affected this great genre. Somehow I can only recall few games other than tomb raider and sly raccoon, that managed to pull their own weight as platformers in the 3D era. Recently I found out a 2D platformer that is true to its origins, quite hard but not frustratingly and impossibly hard, named Super Meat Boy. I strongly recommend anyone to try it, great controls, great soundtrack, overall a great game. The only thing the developers do WRONG is the fact that they think gamepads are better than keyboard and mouse combo. We already had long debates about that, so no point beating a dead horse. Bottomline, Super Meat Boy rocks! :D On a side note, LemmingBall Z is a freeware game that seems to be interesting, though I had very little time with this one so far, but along with the mechanics, the fact that the game recommends an opengl 2.0 gpu and it runs on our opengl 1.4 compliant igps is interesting to say the least. -- 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS -- 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS
