Are you sure that youve done everything with IGRM? this is very strange probaly it could be a corruption in your system files.
Manually check the regs and make sure that the .exe of THE PATH OF NEO has 1 as value. i guees you know the way to reach the key, then check under 00000, 00001 and 00002 if the .exe has 1 instead of 0. -- 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS
