[9xxssf] Gta Sa Low fps

Hey guys, i get very low fps in gta sa with all effects in low and
draw distance off i get like 10-15 fps in Windows xp and most of the
times I play Multi theft auto. so someone know any type of increase
fps?


Specs: *Toshiba NB-200 Netbook
           *Intel Atom N280 1.66 Ghz
           *1 Gb ram
           *Intel gma 945gse with 128 mb shared memory
           *160 gb Hard drive disk
           *Windows XP and Windows 7



When I play it in windows 7 i get worst fps like 6-10 so please help
me!
