Just some reports on what happened when I tried starting MW2:

- the last 2 commands didn't work
- I got an error "Depth of field used (enabled via r_dof_enable or
r_dof_tweak) with no float-z buffer (r_floatz wasn't enabled when the
renderer was started.)" when trying to do a private match
