I was running simcity 4 deluxe on win7 x64 with Neodragon's driver i think or maybe even stock. Had no issues at gamestart, but some random freezes during game. That, however is connected to video problems, as far as i know. (I've read about it in forums ppl with other chipsets and discrete cards saying it happens to them too after few hours of gameplay) I'll install it again to see if my memory is correct. oh and i have 945 not 965. I used that driver coz they were the only one giving me proper opengl support on x64.
