Pro Tip #1: Oblivion is ugly. Morrowind is ugly. Graphics Extender does not help at all. Enjoy the game with it's regular graphics, it's a great RPG.
Pro Tip #2: If it requires Shader Model 2, it should work. If not, Swiftshader. Pro Tip #3: Do not post warez here. Pro Tip #4: If you get bored of games because they don't have great graphics, then get a new computer.
