Well I installed vanilla 10.6.2 to my GMA950 laptop before though some trial and error process. But in short, heres what I did:
Installed ideneb 10.5.5 with 3 partitions (SnowLeopard, TempLeopard, and SnowImage) (80+GB, 20GB, 7GB) Obtained Original unmodified retail Snow Leopard Disc Image, Restored it to SnowImage Partition Setup ChameleonRC4 on a flash drive with the EFI string for my GMA950 (Laptop) via OSx86 Tools, put FakeSMC on it, taht was it (my laptop has hardware close enough to a retail macbook for me to get away with just FakeSMC) Booted from my flash drive, started Snow Leopard setup, installed normally to SnowLeopard partition, restarted, rebooted from flash drive, selected SnowLeopard partiton, booted Snow Leopard, set it up, done :) Then I installed ChameleonRC4 to my HDD, got the main kexts I needed (VoodooHDA, VoodooPS2) and won :) Theres probably something I left out somewhere, but thats basically what I did.
