What you have OS? Game works without SwiftShader only on Windows 7 or Vista. Install Community patch 1.74. Set Gothic3.exe on software mode. And use tweak in useroptions.ini. If you have slow peformance, use OLDGothic graphic downgrader http://www.mediafire.com/?a1b32l1anittu48
