I´m tried Risen with Swiftshader and have 4fps-12fps with Phenom X4 Mobile N950 (4x2.1 GhZ) and 4 GB RAM. But you shoud try tweak http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ax5QwTTySs4 and use resoultion in config 320x240 and disable postprocessing effect and decerase model LOD.
