The copyright issue are managed by Jose (MAD_BEAST) currently and we're
still waiting news from him :)

also the fix that i mentioned already been developed, BUT, i have not yet
tested..on any netbook machine, although i can test the upcoming beta driver
for the netbooks with my friend's system... also i have several idea to
optimized performance for netbook system..but i'll tell more about that
later on :)
