I have Windows 7 and i am playing league of legends, and it plays quite good 30+ fps and in big battles i get about 25+ fps, now i only got 1gb of ram and u have 4gb, i have 1.73 ghz and u have 1.6ghz. to get it to be playable i suggest just switching to Windows 7 professional like i did plus it easier to get rid of that trojan and malware shit on ur comp with windows 7. also like u said defragging does help!! as i have 0% fragment on my hard drive and it makes games a lot faster, this will work for u!!
