Dreamweaver CS5 pretty much does all the coding for you, hardly any hand coding needed. Even with basic knowledge and a bit of trial and error you can get the job done pretty fast. Just depends on if you want to go the CSS route. You can get descent results with photoshop & flash pro, which creates it's own html code, if you prefer pixel based positioning over more relative positioning done with Dreamweaver.
Nice gadget is SiteGrinder 3.0, which cuts up your photoshop file into html compliant sites. Damn shame there is no fully hacked version out yet, aldo there is work done on that. -- 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS
