Drivers need to be signed in order to work on win7 x64 (hassle free anyway). So the traditional Setup.exe won't work (that I know of?).
Your next best thing is to try to manually install the driver via Device Manager, and then reboot, press F8, and the select Disable Device Driver Signature Enforcement.
