I´m know where is problem. Is DXT textures, which GMA 945 doesn´t support. Also same happens in Call of Duty 4, if you using IGRM.
It´s in readme - DXT TEXTURE SUPPORT Disabling DXT Texture Support on ATI Video Cards can result in Battlefield 2 failing to start. We recommend DXT Texture Support is enabled. -- 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS
