Set the settings to advanced, then go to configure, and set the performance options that now show up. On another tab there are the usual folding settings as well.
And it doesn't really matter which client you run since your user can set different machine IDs for the same user. You can install the separate clients and run different threads at the same time, will definitely boost folding.
