Lol the game graphics is 10x better then CoDs. It matches with BFBC2. But yeah either do an IGRM or use addgame.reg or avalon.reg.
IGRM is basically like Intel Display Adapter Tool. It changes a program to a different mode thus making the game run at better performance (In some games). You can ask AngelicTears for more information because I for one don't know much about vertex.
