[9xxssf] can the upcoming driver v1.3 sherry give new hopes

can the upcoming driver for the 950 gma(sherry 1.3) run games like
bioshock,cod4,GRAW,GRAW2 etc?? And what'll be the differnce in
performance between windows 7 and the other OS??
