Here is a reason why it's even awesomer: When you're 21 or above, you go downtown on your birthday, and all the awesome halloween stuff's going on because the partying goes on past midnight. You grab a few drinks, you talk to random people, you get in some random pictures, and you celebrate both things at once. :v
