Adding to this, the file format has not changed in some time, I think the last
change was shorty after it went 3.0, which was years ago, so your versions of
SQLite between utilities do not have to match.

Qt comes with SQLite, so unless you explicitly build it out you get it for
free. I use Qt and SQLite on Windows using Visual Studio 2008, and have had no
problem implementing SQLlite. Just make sure you ship the SQL DLL as part of
your code
