http://qt-project.org/wiki/QNX, and its Qt5 counterpart are the official ways
of building Qt for the Playbook, and are supported by RIM.
Likewise, Qt is already supported by RIM already with the current Playbook NDK
2.0 series.

The BB10 beta SDK is indeed not for the Playbook. You need to use the 2.x
series available at https://developer.blackberry.com/native/. Currently, Qt
_won't_ build with the BB 10 SDK.

Webkit is not yet supported, although support is on the works.
