Hi Sergio, This is a question Nokia needs to answer if you are asking about update to the Nokia Qt SDK. It is the main tool for developing apps for their Symbian and MeeGo phones, but I know many are using it for developing on other platforms as well.
If you are asking if there will be a Qt Project SDK, the answer is no - for Qt Project releases there will be just offline installers and source packages just like 4.8.2. Qt Project efforts are now focused into Qt 5.0. If you are asking if there will be SDK for commercial licensees, the answer is yes - just as before 4.8.3 will be available as an update via the SDK on the release day.
