Nice, thank you! I'll have this saved somewhere. This looks exactly what
I'm observing. I'll switch http/2 off temporarily and wait for the fix.
In the meantime, I was more-or-less able to confirm in-field that this
is indeed the problem with AAAA records. Forcing Windows to prefer ipv4
fixed this in one of the cases.

Since I just recently came back from vacation I haven't had time to look at it
again.
As far as I remember, what is preferred depends on what is returned first in the
DNS query, so if the AAAA listings are first then we try IPv6 first currently.
