cleanup of the UNO-IDL drafts module
Description
The drafts module is cleaned up and is from now on deprecated
The changes were made on 2 childworkspaces (removedrafts, presfixes01)
The related issues are i42563, i42557, i42558, i42560, i42561
Only the following types will remain in the drafts module because the
were already shipped with an older version:
drafts/com/sun/star/form/XListEntrySource
drafts/com/sun/star/form/XListEntrySink
drafts/com/sun/star/form/ListEntryEvent
drafts/com/sun/star/form/XBindableValue
drafts/com/sun/star/form/XListEntryListener
drafts/com/sun/star/form/XValueBinding
drafts/com/sun/star/form/IncompatibleTypesException
