XContainerApproveBroadcaster/-Listener (part of the UDK) allow to
implement a mechanism to veto changes
(insertions/removals/replacements) in a container. They're defined
analogous to XContainer/-Listener, but with the intention to notify
the listeners before the actual operation happens.
