Introducing a new file extension for office extensions

We will introduce a new file extension for office extensions as of OOo
2.04. Extensions should then use the extension .oxt rather then .pkg.
A .oxt file can contain a description.xml file which contains
additional information, such as license information or version
dependencies. It is extensible so as to acommodate information for
