To be able to listen for XWindows being enabled or disabled, the
interface XWindowListener2 has been introduced. Its only two methods
currently are windowEnabled and windowDisabled, taking a plain
css.lang.EventObject each.
The interface is not yet published, so it might experience future
extensions.
XWindow::addWindowListener has been semantically extended in a way
that when the passed XWindowListener also supports the
XWindowListener2 interface, then it is also notified of the respective
additional events.
