That constant was not used. Also, the corresponding (initially
hidden) TriStateBox "Show Symbol" has been removed from the
RID_SVXPAGE_NUM_OPTIONS tab page (Writer "Format - Bulltets and
Numbering... - Options," Impress "Format - Bullets and Numbering... -
Customize"), as it was apparently never shown.
