Title: new unopkg.com and changed behaviour of unopkg.exe (Extension
Manager)

*Summary*
--------
new Extension Manager executable unopkg.com (Windows only)
*Description*
-------------
The unopkg.com has the same functionality as the previous unopkg.exe.
It is a console application. That is, all output is written to the
console and user interaction, for example, when a license needs to be
agreed to, happens on the console.
unopkg.com can also be used in GUI mode, when started with the "gui"
option. Then the console also displays messages from the Extension
Manager (for example exceptions, etc)
unopkg.exe is now a pure GUI application. Starting it through the
Windows Explorer will not create a console as happened before. When
starting it in the console the prompt will immediately return. That
is, the console will not be blocked.
The reason for this change is the feature "System integration for
extensions"
http://specs.openoffice.org/appwide/packagemanager/extension_system_integration.odt
Now, when a user double clicks on a extension in a file browser,
unopkg.exe is started. Because this action happens in the graphical
desktop environment, opening a console every time would be disturbing.
