Title: CLI-UNO bridge moved from module bridges to module cli_ure

*Summary*

Because of the introduction of a semantical dependency of cli_ure against
bridges (i74547), and bridges originally being dependent on cli_ure, I had to
move the cli-uno bridge from bridges to cli_ure.
*Description*

Because of the above reason, I moved all files from
bridges/source/cli_uno
to
cli_ure/source/uno_bridge
I ensured that all changes until m203 (including) are reflected in the
new files.
