*Description*

The ObjectInspectorModel service (describing a component which in
OOo's UI is known as property browser, for instance in the UNO Dialog
Designer) got a new property "IsReadOnly" of type boolean. When set to
TRUE, the respective ObjectInspector component will present all data
as usual, but not allow any modifications.
