*Summary*
--------
For the new language status bar control it is required that framework/sfx2 have
access to the functionality of SvxLanguageTable.
*Description*
-------------
The class is now moved to svtools. The header file is still named
langtab.hxx and coan be found in svtools/inc/svtools now.
The class itself is now named SvtLanguageTable.
The respective changes in svx, basctl and sc have been made so there
should be nothing left to do.
