Text(encoded) filter has changed.
*Description*

The option string is a connection of the following elements:
CharSet ( "ISO_8859_1", "UTF8","MS_1252" ...)
LineEnd ("CRLF","CR","LF")
Font name
Language as ISO-String ("de-DE", "en-US",...)
These elements are separated by commas.
In previous versisions languages were coded by names (like "ENGLISH (US)")
