- Some URE libraries (like sal.dll and cppu.dll) are now delayloaded
on Windows.
- "All relevant OOo-wo-URE executables now have a loader (.exe) that
sets the PATH and URE_BOOTSTRAP environment variables [...] and calls
the real executable (.bin). [...] unopkg is extended with such a
loader (i.e., instead of unopkg.com calling unopk.exe there is now
unopkg.com calling unopkg.exe calling unopkg.bin). [...] desktop now
provides three generic loaders (cuiloader.exe for CUI applications,
guiloader for OOo GUI applications, and so/guiloader.exe for
StarOffice GUI applications)."
