To have a reliable way to tell apart different kinds of errors
happening during database access, at least as long as they're caused
by / raised in Base's core components, the constants group
ErrorCondition in com.sun.star.sdb has been introduced.
Members of this group are used sdb SQLException.ErrorCode, when one of
the Base core implementations raises an exception.
