Also the Linguistic and Dictionary paths are now multi-paths.
*Description*

The task was to change the Linguistic and Dictionary paths to
multi-paths and while doing so getting rid of the UserDictionary path
which now is only one part of the Dictionary path.
The Linguistic path should be used to install data for the linguistic
components.
Namely files for spell checker, hyphenator and thesaurs that are
required by those components. E.g. the respective dictionaries.
Especially downloaded dictionaries should be installed only in the
user paths directories!
The Dictionary path should only be used for the personal or so called
user-dictionaries that can be created and edited via the UI.
->Uwe Fischer: The only UI thing that got changed with the above and
may need a respective comment in the help is that in the
Tools/Options/Languages/Writing Aids dialog only user-dictionaries
that are located in the writable path (of the Dictionary path) can be
edited/deleted.
For the other dictionaries only their content can be viewed.
All the required changes have been applied.
