New configuration item: Office.Common/Save/ODF/DefaultVersion
*Description*

The next major version after OpenOffice.org 2.x will implement many
new features, which have to be saved in ODF. OpenOffice.org 2.x
supports only ODF 1.0/1.1. It is required that next major version
after OpenOffice.org 2.x loads and saves ODF 1.2 documents in addition
to ODF 1.0/1.1 files.
The user can choose if she wants to save her documents in ODF 1.0/1.1
or ODF 1.2 on Tools - Options - Load/Save - General.
The odf default version will be saved in the configuration file
Office.Common under the node Save/ODF/DefaultVersion. It will be saved
as an enum.
The valid values are:
0 == Unknown
1 == ODF version 1.0
2 == ODF version 1.1
3 == ODF version 1.2
