Because of the change to the three layer office, the CLI-UNO language
binding needed to be adapted. The assembly cli_types.dll which
contained all types of OOo was split up into cli_uretypes.dll and
cli_oootypes.dll. Client apps need to be rebuild and link with these
new assemblies instead of cli_types.dll
